I'm Tim. I've worked in the glazing industry for more than 25 years and I personally carry out our installations, inspections and repairs. My wife Sam looks after the office, speaks to customers, responds to enquiries and makes sure jobs are organised from beginning to end.
That means when you first contact us, you're dealing directly with the people responsible for your job.

We Won't Tell You That You Need New Windows If You Don't
This is an important part of how I run TS Glazing. Not every faulty window or door needs replacing.
I've visited plenty of homes where the customer has understandably assumed they need a completely new window, only to find that the real problem is a failed lock, damaged handle, hinge, glass unit, seal or another replaceable component.
I'll inspect the problem first. If it can sensibly be repaired, I'll tell you. If replacement is the better long-term option, I'll explain why.
